We accept US Dollar postal money order, US cash, US Dollar Traveler's checks, United States bank check, US funded Money Order, or US Bank personal or business checks.  Funds can be direct deposited into our checking account by wire transfer.
Inquire for exact amount to remit once final order has been given and we have complete shipping address.

If you choose to email your Credit Card information with the order, we suggest you do so in two transmissions: the first group of 8 numbers, as our site is not secure.  (If we already have the information, just put 'on file' where prompted for the number.)

SHIPPING: Many shipping and handling costs are listed throughout the catalog sections. Exact costs cannot always be determined due to each order's packaging needs. Therefore, excess or insufficient postage will be refunded or billed as necessary.

Most shipping prices quoted in this catalog are via United Parcel Service. Supply your street address. If Post Office is preferred, please indicate; rate quotes may vary.

For door to door convenience, we can arrange to have your repairs brought to us via UPS -- ($20 fee + Post/Handling/Insurance) Call for details.

Hawaiian & Canadian Customers: 1st Class Postage and Air Mail via Post Office will be used unless otherwise instructed. Include estimated shipping costs or inquire with proposed order.

Foreign Customers: Specify Air Mail or Surface for Post Office, or Air UPS, where available. Include estimated shipping and insurance costs and any special mailing instructions.

PAYMENT: MasterCard and Visa charges over $20 accepted. Provide cardholder's name, number, expiration date, last 3 digits on signature strip and authorized signature. Money Orders, Bank Checks, or your personal check, made payable to The Antique Phonograph Supply Company are also accepted. Payments from out of the USA may be made by Postal Money Order, Bank Check payable in a US Branch Bank, in US Dollars or wire transfer deposit. New York residents must add State and your County sales tax, or furnish a Resale Certificate. Account terms are NET 30 DAYS.
